Required qualifications and particulars for the position are:

§ Post graduate/4 years integrated Honours degree in any discipline, preferably in Economics/Banking and Finance/Management/Accounting/Marketing/HRM/Mathematics/ Statistics/English/Engineering/Computer Science/MBM/MBA/BBA from any reputed public/ private universities of Bangladesh and Abroad.

§ Minimum 3 (Three) 1^st Classes/Divisions, with no 3^rd Class/Division in any examination.

§ For SSC & HSC CGPA will be calculated as-

i) CGPA 3.00+ : 1^st Division, and

ii) CGPA 2.00 to <3.00 : 2^nd Division

§ For Graduation & Post Graduation CGPA will be calculated as-

i) CGPA 3.00+ & CGPA 4.00+: 1^st class in the scale of 4.00 & 5.00 respectively, and

ii) CGPA 2.50 to <3.00 & 3.50 to <4.00 : 2^nd class in the scale of 4.00 & 5.00 respectively

§ Computer Operation

i) Good knowledge in operating systems such as Microsoft XP, Microsoft VISTA

ii) Office Automation such as MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point

§ Applicant must be a Bangladeshi citizen.

§ Age not over 30 years as on 30.12.2015.

The Management Trainee Officers will be entitled to a consolidated monthly remuneration of Tk. 40,000.00 for 01 (one) year of probation period. Successful Management Trainee Officers will be absorbed in the regular cadre according to the Bank’s internal policies, which may change time to time.

Mutual Trust Bank Limited has published circular for recruiting management trainee. During the one year Probation period, MMTs will be entitled to monthly consolidated salary of BDT. 60,000.00. Upon successful completion of probation period, the MMTs will be appointed as Junior Assistant Vice President of the bank with monthly gorss remuneration of BDT. 85,000.00.
